FS4JK Youth Representatives promote agricultural safety through fair booths, classroom programs, day camps, and media interviews. They connect with other youth to discuss peer to peer education opportunities, encourage youth involvement, and increase farm safety awareness in their region. During their two-year terms, they travel to Washington D.C. to represent Farm Safety 4 Just Kids at the National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS) meetings and help peer review new educational materials. Farm Safety 4 Just Kids’ Youth Representatives are leaders, positive role models, and promote rural health and safety.
