Teaching Tips
Successful ways to relate the message of farm safety and health to kids creatively. Our site currently has 8 tips available for you to download and use.

Teaching the concepts of safety begins in the home. Explaining how to safely use common household chemicals such as medicines, household cleansers, bug spray, weed killer, etc. is important. This information can then be transferred to the issue of safe chemical use on the farm.

Spanish Safety and Health Resource
Migrant Clinicians Network and Farm Safety 4 Just Kids have teamed up to produce a Spanish-language educational comic book targeting migrant and seasonal farmworker families to educate parents about children’s risks to pesticide exposure and ways to minimize these risks.
