Beth Horak, Nebraska Outreach Coordinator
Beth Horak wears many hats through her farm safety efforts. From the Hand in Hand Safety Across the Land FS4JK Chapter to the Safety Day Camp Coordinator, to Farm Wife, and Mother, Beth practically eats and sleeps farm safety. In 2003, Beth took over the Outreach Coordinator position to help serve as a liaison between the Nebraska chapters of FS4JK and the home office in Earlham, Iowa. Beth also serves on the FS4JK Board of Directors to represent the chapter network of more than 140 chapters in the United States and Canada.
Beth takes her love for farm safety home as she works with her husband and 3 children on their cattle and dryland crop farm.
Beth was recently featured in the Nebraska Farmer magazine. In her interview, she was quoted as saying, “I love working with kids…this will be an exciting year.”
